Bartender Jesse at Kites was All World! Incredibly helpful. She deserves a raise. Resort is very nice. Facilities were terrific. Good was OK, atmosphere more than made up for it. Terrific wedding venue, very nice 9 hole golf course attached.

Just enjoyed a couple nights there with 4.5 and 7.5 year olds. Didn't eat at any of restaurants so cannot comment there. Pool area ran out of towels but within 15 minutes of me asking had more (not sure how long they were out before I checked). Apparently this is a daily occurrence over the summer. Didn't love how most of the activities are extra but knew that going in. We all enjoyed the pools, certainly lots of lifeguards around. Loved how next to one hot tub was small pool the kids could play/stand in while grown ups stay in hot tub within arms reach. Would still recommend resort for a night or two, just know that not much is included. Town of Warwick, NY a pretty drive, within 15-20 minutes with some good restaurants.

It was not good. The room above us was partying all night and the front desk manager didn't seem to care when i called him. Finally had to walk down around 1 am to complain and he hesitantly sent security to the room above us, We also were not able to get to the wine tasting because the vans were being used for a wedding. This venue was so pre occupied with the big events, they forgot about those just coming for a weekend getaway. There was also vomit in the hallway.

I am a sports club member and couldn't be happier. The reason for the 4 stars is the family restroom in the pool area has a leak that has been there for a year now. When you sit on the toilet, it actually drips on your head! That and in the summer, it gets too dirty. They need to clean it more often. It does get very busy so I understand but they should have hourly checks. Other than that, this is my happy place. I feel like I am on vacation every time I go! The front desk and pool desk employees have been nothing but friendly to me and mine.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The pools are awesome! The free fitness classes are a plus. My friends were able to try aerial yoga. There are a lot of activities going on as well and if you have the money to spare, I'm sure it would be worth it. I do recommend bringing your own sports equipment if you plan on using the sports facilities, only to save money on rental fees. The food is pricey and really not all that, but it didn't break the experience. I would go back here. Definitely check out their packages online!
