Lovely experience from the moment I walked in. Attentive staff. Relaxing, soothing atmosphere. I had a facial and felt so pampered I booked for the next month before I left. I had the Premier Anti-Aging Facial which included a hand massage. Heavenly...that's all I have to say. It truly is the only way to go! What a gift to receive and or give!

Once entering the back area of the spa, you instantly feel relaxed. The decor is warm and inviting. The relaxation room, a sitting area prior to the massage, was very comfortable. The star of the day, the Massage, was very good. The therapist, Sandra, was very attentive, periodically confirming my comfort level. The massage room was nicely lit with appropriate music playing in the background. I would recommend this spa.

The massage was excellent! The therapist listened to my requests throughout the massage. If you want several massages it's worth getting a membership. It has lots of benefits is discounts! The therapists are willing to work with exactly what you want and they take your reviews into account at your following appointment.

When you walk in you're greeted by pleasant staff members who are very knowledgeable and helpful! There's a relaxed, soothing atmosphere as soon as you enter. Nice sized room to relax in, prior to or after your treatments, which has teas, water, trail mix and chocolate mints. Shower, which is also wheelchair accessible. Modest sized changing areas. You're not rushed or pushed through. It's also kept very clean. The massage therapists are extremely professional and listen to your needs and concerns of any sensitivities you may have. My first time here and I then signed up for a membership. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is looking for massage therapy. They care and it shows. You won't be disappointed.

Elaine was amazing! She is gentle, kind, and very thorough! This was my first ever facial and I was nervous..she made me feel right at ease! Before my appointment, I didn't have enough time to relax in the retreat room before Elaine came to get me...she made sure to bring me a hot neck pillow to the treatment room to make sure I was able to experience it all! Very relaxing and my face feels great! Highly recommend everything about spavia!
