Grand Cascades Lodge

This place is showing its wear and tear. The countryside is beautiful and the resort is nice but it's time to change the stained carpet and the cleaning staff need a to do some deep cleaning in the rooms. For these prices this place should be immaculate....service is pleasant but average nothing over the top. I felt they were a little better a few years back Good activities, nice decor.

Played Cascades golf course. 9 holes of narrow and challenging golf with distance to boot. The pro shop in the Lodge was efficient and accommodating. Bag drop was helpful, as we the attendants with providing guidance and directions; however, signage could be improved upon with so many different courses in one location. It was rather confusing for players who has not previously golfed here.

They have bedbugs! Do not stay here! I had to upgrade our hotel room to a two bedroom master suite because our original reservation was found to be a mistake so I had to either downgrade for my master bed sweet to either a double queen or a two bedroom master suite for our fifth year anniversary. We found the room to be very nice but when we went to get Into the bed we found bedbugs all over the bed. Originally they were going to still charge us dinner, but once Maintenence told him how bad it was they didn’t charge us anything. We will not stay here again.

Beautiful views and a ton to do for you and whole family. My 3 and 6 yr old had a fabulous time even though we thought they would be too young for things. I recommend it!!

Having our wedding there. Nestled beautifully in the mountains with scenic overlooks the entire resort screams quality and finesse. Staff are pleasant and add to the experience. Prices are a bit obnoxious but in the end are bearable.
