I went and see a renovated suite and it looks great. The location is everything! it's right next to the park and lake, perfect for my kids!!

I live there since 2010 and I am satisfied with my unit. Meanwhile the costumer service at the rental office is not great and the building in the property are old. There is a free parking facility but your car is outside. It 's a reasonable price compared to the average apartment unit rice in Toronto.

The cockroaches here are absolutely insane.

Pictures are fake, the place is terrible. Don't waste your time visiting this place.
