I would definitely refer this rental service to everyone I know. I previously got a rental from Enterprise and they put a $500 hold on my cc, whereas Millennium didn't! They had dropped off my rental to my house, not to mention it was very clean. The car was picked up from my house aswell! Amazing staff, would definitely recommend.

Had a car delivered to me at the collision reporting centre, was advised they needed my credit card, just in case I had any 407 bills or parking tickets. Nothing else will be charged to my credit card as it's covered by my insurance. one week after and my credit card is billed $813. After calling them, am told to go deal with my insurance company and the statement is in the mail. Very unethical way of doing business. Will never deal with this company again.

make sure to read the fine print. reps will tell you one thing then charge you extra as per the agreement. using the 407 once cost me 67 dollars because there's a 50 dollar charge that the rep did not tell me about when i asked him point blank about during the pickup. EDIT: They refunded the charge so i've revised to 3 star.

The front reception is horrible!!! I got a call at 9:30 am in the morning demanding I pay for the amount of days I will require the vehicle for as my balance ran out and since I was unsure how long I would keep the vehicle for I asked if I could get back to her tomorrow. After she refused I reminded her that they have a credit card on file and I would call her back later today once I have a better idea only to find out minutes later she pre-charged my credit card without my consent. When I called back to find out the name of the person who did it, they refused to give it to me. Completely unprofessional. Will never recommend their service. Needless to say I became irate. How dare she randomly decide how to proceed on my file!
