Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience with this location was very good. They were able to pick me up and drop me off. I also got a really beautiful clean brand new car while my car was being fixed. It’s a busy location so patience is a must. You won’t be disappointed when you allow them to do their job. Also listen to their policies carefully when they’re checking you in the rental car. No smoking etc and once you don’t go against their rules you’ll be fine. Thanks guys for your hard work.

Friendly staff. Service could of been a little bit faster, but they still gave us a rental car in a reasonable amount of time. The staff showed a lot of patience towards another customer who was there for a very long time, who had many questions to ask. The vehicles they have there are fairly new and are kept clean. Some of the cars have scratches and markings but they are aware of it and you don't have to worry about it.

AMAZING customer service. They were so kind and efficient. Pros: super friendly, flexible pickup/drop-off times, often give upgrades, they offer to fill up the tank when you return with cheaper gas than at the gas station, free pickup and drop-off, nice clean cars. Pretty much they do anything they can to make your experience better. I was out in 7 minutes or so. Would highly recommend and will 100% return.

I've rented cars from them every weekend for business purposes for a period of several months. I deal with the manager and he's super friendly and very accomodating. The staff is courteous and helpful and the cars I've rented have always been clean and in excellent working condition. Highly recommended.

SCAM! Do not go to this location. We rented a car from them and once we returned it they charged us $120 for a detailing fee because Ravi Chandra smelled smoke in the car. During the entire rental period nobody smoked inside the car nor was it disclosed to us that it was a non smoking vechile when we took the car. This is extremely unprofessional and when he asked the representative “Ravi” he did not give us his full name and behaved in an unprofessional manor. Will never use enterprise again. We got charged for something we did not do and because he “smelt” something. Also when speaking to Ravi we asked him for the General Managers contact, at first he claimed to be the verbal manager so we asked him for his card and he gave us another persons card. He lied about being the General manager, gave us a fake name, and told us to take a picture of his screen if we wanted a receipt. Please tell me whether that is professional or not?
