Discount Car

They were helpful and nice at the front desk. Although I did get a different car than the one I originally reserved I was a bit surprised. Though it was the same price but different car. Also, my reservation was at 9:30 and didn't get the car until 9:50 so it kinda took longer to get my rental car ready. I paid $250 for a pre-authorization on my credit card. Which I was not aware. Other than that I guess it was okay. I did get a shuttle car ride home after I dropped the car off so that's good.

I resignation car 2 days ago when I got there waiting one an hour still they won't provide the car.Very bad service waiting more then hour even I booked the car.

Horrible service. We rented a SUV/intermediate style car for June 30th at 530pm showed up at 5 to be sure we were not late. Since it was busy for the long weekend I accepted it will be very busy which it was. We waited until 515p until someone helped us. After looking at my reservation (which I had booked a week/2weeks in advance) he asked me if I wanted a Jeep Wrangler or a Jeep Compass. I asked to have whichever was more fuel efficient and he said he didn't know. Shouldn't their staff know this information? but "the Wrangler is, like 2017 new and here right now. You'll have to wait 15 minutes for the compass". Since the compass is physically smaller I went with that one and since my reservation was at 530p anyway it would be fine timing. My friend and I sat back down to wait and ended up waiting till 545p before another person came up to us to ask if we have been helped or not (earlier she was on the phone with a customer and was extremely unprofessional saying "why are you calling" and being very short/snippy). THE OTHER GUY FORGOT ABOUT US!!! she proceeded to actually get us our vehicle. I was also shocked to find out that the insurance wasn't part of my reservation I was paying for. However, it was not a fault of the staffs. But I have never had to worry about additional fees like that at companies like enterprise. I accepted the additional fees. I was not out there until 6pm. I was then late to pick up everyone else that was coming along for a 4 day trip. I would haven't accepted the car if I didn't have everything booked already to go. I will never be renting from discount and I do not appreciate the service that was provided.
