Hertz

Have only rented from here once because it's near my house but it went great. The processed my reservation quickly and i was off in 10 mins. I did reserve the car online first though.

Very bad experience. During extending rental (initially started at airport location) they offered me the SAME price, how ridiculous!!! First they talked in their language (suppose Hindi) in front of me, and tried to convinced me that I have to pay that price since I'm driving better car (which I get due to my Hertz status). Try to avoid this location ,check out Don Valley or some other ;)

Not sure the name of the Indian guy at the counter nor do I care, had a reservation for today March 12th and when I walked in the agent didn't even greet me, just starred aimlessly. No customer service, no friendly greeting, it seemed I was an annoyance coming to rent a vehicle. He even tried to get me to sign the inspection form without inspecting the vehicle. Although my employer absorbed all the costs for the rental I will NEVER rent from this location again. #BeProfessional.

One of the worst places I have been to, spent over 3 hours just to rent, If you have never rented before don't start here, they barely give a damn if you're new or not, that young brown guy should take a course in customer service before deciding to work, terrible staff and terrible experience.
