Bristol Car and Truck Rentals

Wow, let me tell you this........ I have been doing business with Bristol for Many years. The original location I was dealing at was serviced by John and Judy in Richmond Hill. Which provided me with amazing service. I then moved my business to Scarborough and started doing business with the other guys. Disc. Truck rental. Well the prices they set me up with was great. Problem was service and availability was very poor. I found the Bristol Scarborough location and wow what a difference. The service provided and availability was night and day . hats off to the team at Bristol. Zlatko, Peter and Roc for the incredible service. Also hat's off to the Bristol corporate team for building great customer service teams that know your name, don't nickel and dime you on the small stuff and provide superior customer service experiences. If you ever need a referral I'm there for you guys. Shows you that when you are buying something or renting something the bottom dollar isn't everything, I traded in a couple dollars differential for superior service. Over the weekend, we rented a 16 foot truck with this store. I reserved the truck 3 weeks in advance. On the day of, everything went smoothly. The associate was helpful and kind, and explained all the details. The truck itself was easy to drive, brakes were working well. The interior was a bit dirty, but that was expected. Overall, we will go back to them for our moving needs.

This place saved my move day. When my first rental company messed up my order these guys where able to give me exactly what I needed. The guy working the counter was professional and friendly. I will definitely return when I need a truck again.

To keep it short and simple... I rented a flatbed truck from Bristol. The truck had a mere 61123 KM. The Fuel gauge did not work, the abs did not work, the brakes barely worked. I returned the truck full with diesel using the technique the employee showed me to check fuel level and I still got hit with a $40 fuel charge because the manager was upset that I did not keep the truck longer. The manage stated that I should have used 20 liters for the 40 KM that I drove the truck. I have my fuel receipt showing I put 19.542L
