I have been renting trucks and cars from them for some times .when i came into pick up my rental the employees had my vehicle ready to go. i got out in great time. i was really impressed how easy it went , that has not always been my experience.when ever i use the 407 or receive any parking tickets i do inform them and pay them as well without letting them to charge me on my credit card .I do know that they have the right to charge my  credit card.Thanks.

Very Poor Customer service Mentality, Don't ever give your credit card and don't ever get a car from here, they will charge you extra money without telling you from your credit card. I had a very very bad experience with this rental company. my insurance allowed 1500 for the rental and this company gave it for 1900 and my garage mechanic paid the rest of owing 400+, after few weeks they charged 400.00 from my credit card. this rental company is very very greedy person who likes to steal money from others pocket. They need change this mentality or they should leave this business. I don't even want  to give a STAR but i have to in order to post this and People be aware of this company. i don't want others to go through these situations.

Whether you need a rental car for a vacation or while your vehicle is at the shop, there is a car rental company that has exactly what you need.They do offer a very good service.i have been renting from them for last three years.Any issues ,they sort them out very well,if you be straight forward with them and carry out a proper communication . They are affordable and very easy going.

Great customer service I've been renting here for awhile now and they care more that the customer is happy then anything else they always help me when needed and always try and give me the best price possible even when the season is high
