Comfortable but noisy. Expensive cocktails. Friendly staff. Great view of the river. Can be cold if you're not seated in the right place. Great kale Caesar salad (that doesn't necessarily need the extra chicken). Otherwise standard pub fare. The staff represent the best feature.

Service needs to work on being one step ahead of guests. We have always waited to be seen at the front, waited for our first drink, and waited to have someone open the retail store. Acknowledge us at the front, even if you're busy passing by or not a host. We like this place because it is so convenient for us. Drinks and food are great and always come quickly once we are looked after.

Great little place, food was decent served quickly, beer is great brewed on premise. Take the short tour, lots of interesting info. Great for large groups or just a few people. Staff is helpful and happy.

Great food and drinks. The building is amazing, especially the glass room on the back that overlooks the water. Lots of parking in their free underground lot if their smaller lot out front is full. My wife doesn't love beer, and would have liked to see more featured drinks on the menu that don't have beer in them, although she still enjoyed her long Island ice tea which had beer in it. We had a really tasty made-in-house cheese cake for desert, which was fantastic. All around nice food, staff and overall mood.

We were there with a group of 16. The service wasn't very good, and this being my second visit the food is just awful. They had a special Monday night which was a burger, it was over cooked and the bun wasn't fresh. I asked for gravy with my fries, and it came cold. We only had one server for the group, so it seemed a bit overwhelming for him, but service was too slow and inattentive. Could have used some help, we didn't stay very long because of the service, and won't likely be back. Nice location, need help with the food and service.
