This was my second time at a Mill Street Brew Pub, after visiting the one in the Toronto Historic Distillery District—and I loved it again! The historic and picturesque backdrop, cozy yet classy ambiance, well-mannered staff, and delicious food made for a fantastic experience. Truly, one couldn’t ask for more!nnWe visited during Thanksgiving weekend with my colleague and their family, making us a group of four. We ordered a variety of dishes: Chicken and Mushroom Pot Pie, Fried Chicken Sandwich, the Thanksgiving Special Turkey Meal, and the Thanksgiving Special Lamb Meal. I personally tried the Lamb Meal and the Pot Pie. The lamb was tender, and the gravy was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had. The pie was also excellent.nnMy colleague and his wife had drinks: the Portage Creme Ale and the Mill St Breeze. According to them, both drinks were really good!nnOverall, we had a great time, and this place is now on my list of recommended spots for bringing guests and friends visiting us in Ottawa.

This restaurant is incredibly amazing. The tables with river view are fantastic. Food was soooo delicious and tasty especially the Elk Burger and Bang Bang Shrimp. Thank you so much EMILY, you made our day great.

Wanted to stop here because we kept driving by it and it looked like a cool old place to eat. It didn't disappoint. We enjoyed the Chicken Mushroom Pot Pie with a side salad. The kids enjoyed their meals and they even offer a Pawtio Menu for furry friends.

I had my wedding reception here. The staff were super professional and accommodating in the planning process and set up. The food came out as buffet style but at the tables. there was a lot of food. Enough for each table to have seconds and thirds. The venue is gorgeous and the brewmaster room has tons of natural light as well as string lights.nI have zero complaints and am so happy with how everything went. Everyone enjoyed the flavours of the food and loved the atmosphere.

We tried Mill St. beer in Kingston, Ontario so had to visit the Mill St. Brewery in Ottawa, Ontario. What a great decision. I really enjoyed the Falafel Buddha Bowl and with the added olives, I ate the entire bowl. Totally a great choice ! We also had the Brewmaster burger. They were wonderful to comp us for an extra burger because they added cheese by accident. As it was a Thursday, we had their beer and bourbon special. Wonderful staff and their manager Suki was so helpful and considerate. I really enjoyed our experience! Come visit Mill St. Brewery too.
