Mike Sherrard of Redline Real Estate Group has been a great help through all of the house buying process. This was the first time I bought a house and he was a great help through each step. He provided information whenever I asked in a timely and informative manner. With his help, it made the whole process much easier and seamlessly. Very accommodating to my schedule as well, since I am not currently living in Calgary. His knowledge of the city and its communities was an invaluable help in deciding which areas to look in. Mike was also able to find houses that fit the criteria I was looking for as well. With his expertise and connections he has such as Tyrone Mellon(Home inspector). Mike was able to help me find exactly what I need. When it comes time to upgrade I will be using Mike again, I highly recommend Mike as a realtor. The service he provides is second to none, he has made the whole house buying process smooth.

I will be very surprised if Mike Sherrard doesn't become one of Calgary's top real-estate very quickly. He truly has unique approach and a great understanding of his clients needs. Mike is willing to stray from the stale approach from other realtors and it works very well. Mike is always there when you need him and never shies away from going the extra mile. I had a tight timeline and he executed everything needed to make the deal work. I feel very glad to have Mike work with me on my purchase.

I had started searching for a house with another agent prior to Mike Sherrard. The other agent was not what I was looking for and didn't treat us as we would have hoped. I was referred by a friend to Mike and right from the first meeting was excited to work with him. He provided detailed services that were second to none. Mike was extraordinarily patient with us, and we feel that he fought for us and our goals in finding the right home every step of the way. It’s been lovely getting to know him and seeing how exceptional he is at his job. It’s been a pleasure working with him, he went above and beyond through the whole process.
