As a purchaser, Erin really listened and heard my top 3 requirements for a condo: mountain view, walking distance to the LRT and shopping. Erin found the perfect condo for me that had everything on my "wish" list and more. Loved Erin's positive energy and her tenacity in negotiating a great purchase price. All over a great experience from start to finish - she is there for you, every step of the way. Erin is very detail oriented, whether reading over contracts or noticing what needs to be repaired before you make the biggest purchase of your life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Erin as she is definitely a 5 plus star agent!!

Erin is an amazing realtor. She goes the extra mile for all of her clients and it shows. She helped to educate me through the buying process, assisted with next steps during and after the purchase and offered her network of painters, home inspectors, mortgage brokers, interior designers etc. Her customer service, knowledge, professional advice and negotiation skills set her well above the rest. She made the process and absolute breeze and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

She is an excellent communicator, works fast and tirelessly, and her experience shows when it comes down to negotiation. PLUS she is a ton of fun to work with. Would recommend in a second.

We worked with Erin on the purchase of our new home. She was consistently professional and always went above and beyond to ensure our search was comprehensive and we had all of the information required to make an informed decision. When we found our dream house, she negotiated tirelessly to get us the house for an incredible price. When issues arose on the deal that were out of her control she worked to ensure everything went smoothly and all closed on time. Highly recommend! Honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable!

I know my property never would have been sold without Erin's help. She was attentive, communicative and great with my buyers agent. I ended up getting more than I thought I would in record time. I live in a difference province and Erin coordinated with my tenants (event taking their dogs out for showings). She went above and beyond and I can't speak highly enough of her!!!!
