I was looking for a realtor to sell my mom's house and found Sarah through a Google search. All her 5 star reviews convinced me to email her. She is so friendly, kind and polite. The house was listed on Monday and sold for over the asking price on Wednesday night. I don't think we could have asked for a better outcome. Sarah has been so patient to answer all my questions and help me with any concerns about the process. Not only did Sarah provided the most professional, polite and prompt service, but she was able to sell my mom's house in one month's time. Sarah is a very experienced agent and royal to her client. She provided very good advice on how to prepare our property for sale. She also helped us how to prepare for sale before pictures taken. She made recommendations for other professionals that we needed that offer reasonable fees such as lawyer. She was easy to work with and she was there whenever we needed to talk to her. Sarah Wu helped me bought my house in Southwest Calgary in 2013. I have lived in the house since then. I have been very pleased and satisfied and appreciated for her excellent work. She was very professional and passionate as a realtor. She drove me and viewed about 15 houses all over the Calgary and summarized all the pros and cons for every house we had viewed, and then gave me suggestions. For my house, she figured out an issue that the owner should fix but couldn’t, then she negotiated with the owner’s realtor and cut the house price a little bit. What she did was amazing!
