Contacted Elvis Vikic from 2% - got back to me same day, met me the following day and did all the paperwork together right at my home. Elvis did all the photos himself (awesome photographer). Super helpful throughout the process. Was able to sell my place in 2 days, got 98% of my asking price. Would recommend Elvis and 2% for sure. Saved me tons of money!

Had a great experience from start to finish, and saved a bundle on commissions. My house sold in 2 weeks. Would definitely suggest giving these guys a try!
