We first crossed paths with Kevin when he was working with Brookfield homes. When it came time to sell and Kevin was now in real estate it felt like a no-brainer to go with him. I’m so happy that he was there to help us navigate the confusing waters of being first time sellers and buyers. He’s relaxed , friendly there whenever you need him. He’s honest, proactive and just a really standup guy. He’s “our realtor” now I guess, because we will definitely work with him again without question. Thanks so much for everything Kevin! I will never in my life recommend anyone but Kevin French as a realtor. He was a consummate professional in every way from the pricing of my home to staging with the help of his designer. He knew that twilight photos from his photographer would bring more showings than regular daylight ones and would show my home above all the rest. Through more than 80 showings he made sure I remained positive and he sold my house for more than I believed I would get. Even after the sale was firm, he put me in touch with trades to complete work that needed doing. The relationships he has with these professionals adds so much value to the level of customer service he offers his clients. Kevin loves real estate and is gifted with the instincts of a skilled negotiator knowing when to push back to obtain the most reasonable terms. He has never stopped being an advocate for me as a client and is always looking after my best interest.
