Dr. Poonam Batra

Haven't had a family doc in years and saw that she was accepting new patients so I booked an appointment. Overall, had a great experience with Dr. Batra. She is attentive, friendly and follows-up with on any issues. I particularly like how she takes time to ask about my concerns and does her best to alleviate them. Would highly recommend Dr. Batra.

Tried calling for new patient info several times their inbox is full and they can't even be bothered to clear it up to be able to receive messages. I don't understand how can people in such important service afford to be so lax, careless and unprofessional.

Great doctor. Takes time to listen to you. Will send you for appropriate tests and follow up quickly. Called me after hours with test results asking me how I was feeling.
