I have received a bunch of bouquets from this place and I loved each single one of them. Dimitry is super talented to say the least! Today I went ahead and ordered a bouquet for delivery and the overall experience was simply AMAZING! Super easy to order and super fast response from Dimitry! I was able to ask him for the colors I prefer and for the message I'd like to be included! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to bring joy to someone's heart and send them the best flowers EVER!

This is the best florist I have ever been to, and I have been to quite a few! Not only are the prices extremely fair and reasonable for what you get, but the flowers and bouquets are beautiful and long-lasting. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for flowers for any event!

Horrible experience with Dimitry himself. My friend delivered flowers to my place and I wasn’t there to receive them . They were left on someone else’s condo balcony . Called the store and Dimitry didn’t want to send a new bouquet for the inconvenience . Nobody leaves flowers in a balcony in the middle of winter . Not to mention delivery was also paid . Very rude owner . Also , they never add the small sachet product to put in the water so the flowers can live longer that’s why they die quite fast .

I placed the order online last night to deliver a bouquet to my friend. I called to confirm the order just in case they didn’t receive my order. The gentleman who answered the phone was super nice and cheerful. He told me the order was taken care of and will be out shortly. This the bouquet my friend received. I didn’t expect the bouquet was that big, it’s way too stunning and got my friend by surprise. Highly recommend this florist at Laval. Super happy and satisfied with Fleur Dimitri’s service.

So I call Dimitri early Saturday morning, the day before Mother’s Day. Being a busy day, I said OK if they’re delivered tomorrow. Within a couple of hours, a beautiful flower bouquet was there. Bam! Like greased lightning! Beautiful flowers. Friendly service. Integrity. Thanks Dimitri.

Ordered a bouquet at 9:00am, was delivered before lunch. Flowers were wonderful. Great communication and updates, highly recommended!

Sorry for the late review, but the owner helped me pack up a gift for my fiancé with flowers, etc etc. She went above and beyond and really figured out a way to style my gift bouquet when she didn't have to. Then, she wouldn't accept the tip amount i offered. Really went above and beyond and i wish her great success in the future.

I'm so happy with the absolutely beautiful arrangement that Dimitry put together on very short notice today. My friend really needed a special treat and Dimitry certainly delivered!
