My favourite beef patties! Located on the north east side of the building. They're pretty hidden, never knew they were located so close to my work place even though I drive past it everyday. Service there is fast and friendly. Beef patties are pre baked and frozen. Their flaky crust and flavour rich filling really sets them apart from the others. Especially when you get the spicy beef patties, the pepper flavour is more pronounced and I love it! Prices are reasonable and they also offer "seconds" which are patties that have minor cosmetic imperfections for a discount.

This little shop is tucked behind an industrial plaza on Birchmount just north of 14th. Once you turn into the plaza keep going and it’ll be on your right. It’s a cash only type of biz! They have a small counter where you have to ring the bell to order because they’re so busy inside. You can only buy them by the box, and there’s nothing else they sell but patties! They have spicy beef, chicken, vegetable and mild beef. We got a dozen of the mild beef to try. They’re not served hot. We warmed it up in the air fryer for 5 mins and it was good to go. It was flakey and buttery, and just the right amount of beef filling. I’ve been spoiled by Allan’s patties on Kennedy over the years, but these are right up there! They are about $17 for a dozen which is not bad at all. I will be back

Their patties used to be my favourite: delicious and reasonably priced. Then covid came and they were closed for a while. Since reopening prices have shot up ok, blame inflation and quality has noticeably declined. They still taste pretty good, but what they previously sold as "seconds" are now regularly priced. No more seconds. Meat seems to leach out a lot and the patties often just fall apart. I hope they fix the quality issues. Michedean has a lot of competition for this Jamaican food icon.

This used to be my favourite patty brand for since I was a kid and I’m now a full grown adult. They recently changed their crust and it is terrible. Not flaky at all. It looks like Patty King from nofrills which you’re better off getting at this point. Why fix something that ain’t broken??!! I am highly disappointed and now have to find a new place!!!

Love their patties. Went to get my next box from Shoppers Drug Mart and understand that the contract from corporate is pulled. Very disappointed that I can no longer get authentic Jamaican patties here.

Patties are pretty good, just find the spicy one is not spicy at all. Very flavorful and it's real meat, just needs more heat

I dont know who the woman working there is but shes very rude. I called inquiring about purchasing patties since Shoppers stopped selling them but with that customer service and attitude you can keep those patties I will look to support another brand.

Definitely the best spot for a proper Jamaican patty. The flaky pastry and a full amount of spicy beef filling will keep you coming back for more! I know they supply multiple chains with their patties, but I like going to the factory in Markham and picking up a couple of boxes and bringing them home. It's seriously the best and easiest thing to bring to a famjam and warm up in the oven. Support local, you won't be disappointed!

DELLLIICIOUUUS absolute FAVORITE I drove all the way from downtown to catch these patties, went home, toasted them in the oven and they were perfect. still flakey, buttery, and the filling is delicious as ever. regret not buying two boxes since their hours are so limited its hard to come here due to work. PLEASE Consider opening on Saturday afternoons for a couple hours

Tried to get some patties and had no luck. There’s no storefront or windows, only a locked door for pick ups. I hit the buzzer, there was no answer. Tried to phone, a woman answered and was very abrupt, said orders needed to be placed ahead of time, wouldn’t take an order though. Said to call back later to the same number. Is this a common experience? Note: The door is located in an industrial area, very empty and unwelcoming and difficult To find.
