I had an excellent experience with Dr. Nyiah Songui. She was extremely attentive, listened patiently to all my symptoms, and explained everything clearly and with empathy. She truly showed genuine care and commitment to solving my case. I left the appointment feeling confident, well-informed, and very grateful for her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!

Not sure why the ratings are low for this clinic. All staff were professional, efficient, and super helpful. Dr. Jason answered all of my questions patiently and was caring and thorough. He recommended X-rays, which were done on site by a wonderfully gentle and kind person. The building could be in better shape and was clearly very old, but the experience was the best I could have hoped for, and I was in and out in under an hour. I wish this was my regular clinic!

This is the worst clinic i have ever seen. From secretary to the family doctor : like dr ish kronish. She knows nothing about how to treat a patient. She just play the role of a doctor. She does not care about you. She wants only do your visit and say bye. Even several times she forgot to send my medication to pharmacy. Oh, she is terrible. Never go there.

The waiting is so long.nEven with an appointment, you have to wait more than two hours!nHealth care under the Coalition Avenir Québec is really bad.nAfter 7 of the CAQ, I can clearly see how bright Quebec’s future is! is!

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience nnWe were told to arrive 20 minutes early for our 9:00 AM appointment.nWe arrived at 8:30 AM, but the clinic was completely closed.nWe waited over 30 minutes in the cold, sitting in the car.nNo one arrived until 9:02 AM, when a person finally unlocked the door and went insidenbut even though we called out and knocked several times, no one responded.nnI was accompanying a sick patient who was not feeling well,nand this long wait in the cold made their condition worse.nI even recorded a video clearly showing that the clinic was closed at that time.nSeveral other people also came, saw it was closed, and left,nwhile two more people were waiting outside in the cold.nnA clinic that claims to open at 8:00 AMnbut doesn’t actually open until after 9:00nis unreliable and shows no respect for patients’ time or health.nnI truly hope the management takes this issue seriously,nbecause no patient should ever be treated this way.n
