My family doctor is at this clinic, but it's impossible to get an appointment. When trying to get an appointment online, it always says there are no available time slots. You can't simply talk to someone by phone and you don't even get a callback after leaving your info.nnReally makes you wonder what's the point of having a family doctor...

I had an emergency appointment here after speaking with info santé. Because all the negative reviews, I was really nervous to go.nBut it was actually a great experience! The secretaries were fine and the nurse that spoke with me was super sweet.nThe doctor that assessed me was also very sweet.nI got there for my appointment at 8:45 9am was my appointment time, I waited until 9:30 and got seen by the nurse. At 9:50 I was with the doctor. By 10:05am I was out of there.nOverall it was a quick, good experience

I should make it clear that this rating is not for the doctors but the support staff. The doctors and nurses here are fine - the support and administrative staff however, are something else. I think most of them just came out of CEGEP or high school.nYou should also know that this is a PRIVATE clinic so they can basically get away with treating clients abysmally if they want to.n0/10 - customer servicen0/10 - efficiencyn0/10 - professionalism

Avoid this place.nThey are the most ill-managed doctors office I have ever had the displeasure to attend. I have had to wait over 2 hours for appointments because they didnt sign me in. I’ve had appointments that I made with them and when I went, they didnt exist. My information was incorrect in their system for months. I’ve had to leave because I was required to wait over two hours for an appointment and miss work for nothing. The doctors do not care for your well being. The reception does not care.

I strongly advise against using Metro Monk Clinic. Despite having a family doctor here, I consistently face long wait times of at least one and a half months to get an appointment. This excessive delay is unacceptable for any medical facility.nnDuring my most recent visit, I encountered extremely poor customer service. One of the secretaries, a brown girl, was exceptionally rude. When I approached her with a quick question, she outright refused to assist me and prevented me from asking her colleague. Even as I attempted to speak with another secretary, she kept interrupting and speaking rudely.nnThis kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. If you value timely medical care and respectful treatment, I recommend looking for another clinic. Metro Monk Clinic's service and staff behavior fall far below the standard patients deserve.
