Bakery/Bread department - customer service need training. I asked the staff why there has been no bread, I was granted by a look as if I asked an inappropriate question. There is almost never any bread made fresh, however the other metro locations have fresh bread daily. Need to drive to renfew to get fresh bread.

Was visiting from out of town, just wanted to grab a fresh made salad for dinner, but there was only one salad in the shelf available, which looked like it had been sitting for awhile. I did not purchase it. I ended up grabbing a bento box, which I found to be quite expensive for what was in it.

Meh. They have good meat and produce but the prices are ridiculous. I only go in here if I really need to. They also treat their staff terribly.

Terribly unhygienic food handling practices in the bakery and prepared food departments, and some of the staff are really rude. No wonder the Renfrew County and District Health Unit found several infractions when they inspected the place.

They have nice produces and staff are nice. A bit expensive than some other supermarket.
