I had the best experience today with the Arnprior Metro Florist Dept. Although it was Christmas Eve Day I was still able to find a nice variety of flowers I could chose to make a large bouquet. Alexandra was super friendly, very welcoming, amazing energy her customer service and sales are excellent top notch. Her skills in floral are amazing! I was so pleased with my experience!!! Thank You Alexandra my mother loved her arrangement. Katelyn also was super kind, went out of her way to get pricing both ladies have excellent service and great personalities for your store, very approachable. Thank You Both for the best and top service. It’s not easy to work in public but you do it well! Keep smiling.

Small store, less competition / item availability. Usually busy at checkout. Aside from readily made items, not much better than No Frills. Usually puts out small-looking chickens with bigger price tags. Expensive!! Only worth going to when there are discounted items. Some things will make you double check the price tag.

I’m not the type to usually write a review but am shocked and extremely disappointed with my customer service. I have been shopping at metro for 4 years , today I went in to purchase beer for my family thanksgiving I was with my child and was told by the manager to go to self check out as it would be faster. The lady at self check-out has been my cashier many times. She would not let me purchase beer as I didn’t have my ID. Me and my baby had to get back in the car and drive home to get my ID. I am 30 years old with a child ! Once I returned my thing she had left at the service counter had been put away …. Even though I had told her I would be back I had to go home, I then went to check out with her again and she proceeded to tell me that my ID was almost expired, and I am lucky that she is still Serving me….. I am lost for words

Your staff is always very helpful and friendly, they do more than expected. Thanks for helping Arnprior a great place to live.

It's one of two-three grocery stores in this town. One of the issues I have is the lack of cashiers on Friday night. Most often, there is only one open and if you only have 3-4 items and don't want to wait behind 5 people with full carts, you have to use the self-checkouts, something I have had to do more often than I care to do.
