After spending hundreds of dollars on gas at numerous shells all over Canada. This location does not want to offer the CAA discount on fuel, which is advertised. Their excuse is that they are a circle K location and don’t give the offer so does that mean that if they have a Circle K discount, I dont get it because it’s a Shell. Awful service stay away. Not only did the lose my business they also lost the gentlemen who was behind me as he left and went to Canadian Tire to fill up his truck as he wanted to use the same offer as well .
Most of the staff are awesome and well mannered. Because I go there often to buy my cigarettes, they know me by name and which brand. We normally chit chat vs me asking for what I'm looking for.nnThis review would have been a 5 except for the last couple of times, there is a new girl and she got a little snippy when I asked for my brand and when she couldn't find them, I spoke up to help her out. She then told me that there are too many people at that location and she wish we would all just stop coming because she hadn't had a smoke in over 5 hours.nnSame girl as above, asked for my brand and she accidentally grabbed the wrong ones so I mentioned it to her to which she rolled her eyes and basically threw my brand across the counter once they were scanned. I would have said something but I had my young son with me.
Best spot for gas in town. Get your Air Miles and stuff from Macs all at the same time.
Friendly bunch of guys. Well stocked shelves. Not the cheapest gas in town.
