Canadian Tire

Today I was helped by a young man named Marcus in the seasonal department. He went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and ever so helpful. Employees like that are the reason I shop at CT. He went over and above what I might have expected. His work ethic was so impressive I had to share it. He said he was new and I think he is an outstanding choice for an employee. He deserves a raise!

I really appreciated the help from one employee in particular whose name is Zach. He was very knowledgeable about the products/equipment in the store. He directed me to items which were practical for me and within my price range. Zach even looked up reviews for each piece of equipment I was interested in, so that I could make an informed decision before purchasing it. Lately, before buying a grass trimmer, he listened to and addressed all my concerns even assembling it for me because he had time for it that day. He is a very pleasant, kind and smart young man and I hope he gets the recognition and pay raise he deserves. From my observations, he has the same helpful attitude toward every customer. Thank-you Zach. I have put everything I bought from Canadian Tire, by means of your help, to good use in maintaining my yard.

I booked a service appointment yesterday and was told the required parts would be ordered. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was informed that the parts were not available. There was no apology—just a suggestion to rebook for another day. This was disappointing and inconvenient, especially after taking the time to come in for a scheduled service. Better communication and customer service would have made a big difference.nComplete waste of time. Poor planning and zero customer service.n

Thank you to Pat and his team for saving my holiday weekend. Renfrew CTC completely blanked me when I drove into their lot with wheel trouble, far from home. Was towed to Arnorior CTC and was treated so kindly. I am very, very grateful.

Terrible customer service. Staff literally walk away from you when you need help.nThe auto department is a joke! Staff that have zero knowledge.nCashiers are less than friendly. I do t this I've ever seen anyone smile or even say hello.nnDont waste your time going to this Canadian Tire. Home hardware across the street is 1000x better!
