I booked a service appointment yesterday and was told the required parts would be ordered. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was informed that the parts were not available. There was no apology—just a suggestion to rebook for another day. This was disappointing and inconvenient, especially after taking the time to come in for a scheduled service. Better communication and customer service would have made a big difference.nComplete waste of time. Poor planning and zero customer service.n

Pat and his team are awesome! I normally get under my own car to do my auto mechanics but due to the weather being cold I brought it to them. The price they gave me was great and I didn't feel like they were over charging at all. Even honored a quote that was missing an item. I 100% recommend them!

We were on our way back on a trip from BC to PEI with our motorhome and stopped in Arnprior. Noticed a big leak in our water pump. Called CT and they got us in right away. Assessed it and had a new water pump put in the next day. We were so thankful. The manager was very friendly and helpful. All around a great experience in a stressful time. Thanks CT Arnprior.

Not only did Pat tell me about the work that needed to be completed he also took the time to show me the worn out parts.
