Canadian Tire

I'm only ever there for the automatic part. Pat in that area is super friendly, really nice, almost too knowledgeable lol and overall one of the best mechanics I've ever met and dealt with. The rest of Pat's team are also just like him. Even when they're busy, they will do their absolute best to get you in ASAP and do you right with all repairs.

Horrible. Got ripped off on a simple car safety check. They tacked on unnecessary work before I could get my safety done. A simple safety cost $650, it was like having a gun to my head. I will never have CT look at my car again. Crooks

The seasonal manager has no people skills and is quite rude.nWhen trying to warranty a broken tool,mastercraft maximum productnShe told me that they would need to keep my broken tool, and whoever built the tool for canadian tire would have to manufacture a new one for me...nI said no, went to the renfrew location and simply exchanged it like normal.

I had tires installed and a wheel alignment. Pat and his service team were all fantastic, explaining everything to me, taking me under my car to give me advice. They couldn’t have been more pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Honestly I don’t usually shop at Canadian Tire, but I have to give credit where credit is due. I was surprised how empty the store was on a Saturday evening. The store was well laid out, except some aisles are too close together and feel a bit claustrophobic. The two automotive items we needed were in stock and both were on sale. The cashiers were friendly and available no lineups. Will definitely recommend.
