Fantastic customer service each time I go! I am thankful for such caring staff. Excellent, gentlemen I had the pleasure of interacting with, really went above and beyond to help with my questions and looking for stock that was in the back. Keep up the great work! I see you Sir and your hard work was appreciated! I value true customer support these days! Will be back just for this reason.

Honestly I don’t usually shop at Canadian Tire, but I have to give credit where credit is due. I was surprised how empty the store was on a Saturday evening. The store was well laid out, except some aisles are too close together and feel a bit claustrophobic. The two automotive items we needed were in stock and both were on sale. The cashiers were friendly and available no lineups. Will definitely recommend.

I never leave negative reviews but after my experience today, I feel like I should because I am fuming. On my way out after not finding what I needed, the cashier stopped me because I had stuff in my strollers basket. I had gone to metro before hand and purchased baby food pouches, peanut butter and metros bake goods I understand that she’s just doing her job because she thought I was stealing BUT after she saw what I had she’s still asked for a receipt to prove that I purchased these items…. It’s nice to be racially profiled. To make this even worse; when I called and spoke with the manager, he didn’t sound too overly bothered about this either.

I just went to do a return of defective merchandise. The return counter was closed. I went to the next cash. I waited and waited while three staff members tried to do a return for someone in from of me. When my time came the clerk told me as he was doing me a favour by doing the return. She said and I quote "You know I'm doing you a favour by doing this return. I could tell you to come back later" WOW

Canadian Tire in Arnprior is the best one in the Ottawa area. They have everything and I have never been disappointed. Very friendly staff.

I love the store. But have had terrible results from the garage. I have called this number given below. I was told this is a credit card application number. They could not help me. I have tried for a few months now to talk to the store manager. No one wants to talk to me. I went in for an oil change, it costed me a new $6000 motor.

Usually well stocked branch. Helpful staff. Tire service desk is easy to work with, and prompt.

Very clean, not to many people were there when I was!! Well organized in all areas of Canadian Tire. I was looking for something very specific. They supplied a type of tool for figuring out bolts, nuts, you name Canadian Tire seems to have it to. Yes there was a plastic partition in between me and the Cashier plus Disinfected. Thanks for a Job well done, Canadian Tire Staff!!
