Arnprior Home Hardware

We just moved to Arnprior and have been need of many items for the house over the past few months. On a recommendation from a friend, I tried Home Hardware and was not disappointed. Their customer service is outstanding and from now on, if I need something, I go to Home Hardware first. The service is so good in fact that I don’t even price shop anymore. For example, I needed to get a torn window screen fixed. I dropped it off and they called when it was ready. In my mind, the $25 price was reasonable so why would I go elsewhere to save a couple of bucks? It’s also close to my house which helps as well

Just wanted to thank James and Keith for fixing something that wasn’t really theirs to fix! I had gotten a stain here a week or so ago and realized we needed another can. My sister tried to pick one up from another location for me, but they mixed the colour incorrectly and refused to fix it when she pointed out it wasn’t the right shade they mixed black instead of grey. We brought it to this location since they had done the original stain, and James offered to try to fix it, mentioning it would be easier if we brought the original can in which we were more than happy to do if it meant not having a full can of unusable stain. We came back the next day, and James was busy helping other customers, so Keith stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure we left with exactly what we needed. Really appreciate the great customer service and willingness to help with a problem they didn’t create. I’ll definitely be making the drive to this location from now on instead of going to the one closer to me. Thank you!!

Love this store. Staff are all so kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable and willing to offer helpful advice.

Place has everything, and by chance they don't carry it, they know where to find it. Staff, all, are very helpful and know where their stock is. Go here first.

Went to this location yesterday for paint. Raphaela helped us. She plugged in lightbulbs to see how the paint would look, brought the paint chip outside, found a paint chip that resembles our flooring colour - all to ensure her customers were satisfied. She really goes above and beyond, she is very friendly and so patient.
