Metro

Since the renovation to this Metro location, it has been a much more improve shopping experience. In addition, the store is very nice and clean. Best part about the renovation is that they added a Starbucks location inside it. The employees are pretty nice and I will keep on going back to shop there !

Metro is a good place to shop - occasionally! The items are good quality, good selection available. But, if you are on a budget - like most of us are, your big shopping trips can cost you a lot more then necessary!! When they have good sales, take advantage!

Done an extensive renovation, forgot to hire enough staff for evening/night shift. Night before mothers day 1 cashier working and 30 people line up. Staff do call in sick or miss shift for a various reasons but where was the manager? He is the one who supposed to be managing that mess! Word of advise, if you trying to be upscale grocery store - invest in staff.

This Metro has an expansive and impressive array of fresh and ready-to-go items like salads and sides. This would be a great place to grab everything to throw dinner together in just a few minutes. The large layout of the store was easily navigable and sensibly layed out, though the public washrooms could be more visible (signage?) and the entrance/exit area can be a little confusing. The night we were in ( a Saturday, 7pm-ish) the store wasn't too busy, and staff were helpful. ...and the hot Starbucks beverage from inside the store made walking around that much more enjoyable.

Always easy to find things in this store. I always drop in for ready food for a healthy lunch and pick up a few more items. Ready food counter has so many options. I love this location. Amazing service.Pssst now they also put in Starbucks omg!
