I recently visited the Metro located on St. Clair St W, and I had a truly great shopping experience. This store really stands out for how clean and well organized it is. From the moment you walk in, you can see that cleanliness is clearly a top priority. The aisles are spotless, shelves are neatly stocked, and everything is arranged in a way that makes shopping easy and stress-free. The whole store is so clean and organized that it feels comfortable and welcoming every time.nnFinding items is incredibly easy because everything is clearly labeled and logically placed. Whether you are shopping for fresh produce, groceries, or household essentials, you can quickly locate what you need without wasting time. This makes the shopping experience very smooth, especially for busy customers.nnThe customer service at this Metro is excellent. The staff members are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to help, answer questions, and guide you to the right products. Their positive attitude really makes a difference and shows that they care about customers.nnAnother great convenience is that you can also buy lottery tickets here, which saves an extra stop. Overall, this Metro near St. Clair St W is one of the best grocery stores in the area, and I highly recommend it for its cleanliness, organization, and outstanding customer service.

Not too big like some of the other big names but beautifully designed and the variety of product is very large. It was a pleasure to shop at Metro unlike other big store.

You will always regret after shopping from here. High prices and low quality products. I bought ready-made wings from here on Friday, July 18th, but they had no salt. I threw them away as they were. I couldn't eat them. The wings were like soup, like dough. Don't waste your money by shopping from here.

I don’t no what happened to the bakery never stock up when you call to make an order. Nobody picks up the phone when you go to the hot food only one older lady serves you and the rest of the staff put their head down knot to look up to serve you service you with the deli department.I when and got to red pepper to cook from the deli the young Indian boy put the two red peppers and the sauce into a deli bag. I had to explain to him. This is gonna go all over my stuff, but I buy. I had to ask him please. Can you put it in a container looked at me and said we do not do that so I said just give me a container and I’ll put it in. He didn’t so what I did is went and got two containers. Put the red peppers in Personally, I do not know, but really happened to the store. They went downhill. In the morning Cooked in the deli department The service is really bad I’ve been calling today. Was put on hold for 10 minutes then someone came on and said you have to doubt 101 to get the bakery department. Why couldn’t he put me through Is the name of you’re gonna lose a lot of business all you see is your stuff smoking outside? In the front of the store doesn’t look nice but I guess it’s OK with the managers cause they smoke too. Have a good night because I still can’t get through to the bakery. I had this to the store to have better service not all people are bad but a lot of people from the deli. Just ignore you the poor old lady very nice. She’s been there for years all alone. I think that is pathetic.

Nice, expensive, staff were all lovely.nnReal reason for this review? The broccoli bacon salad. Truly one of the worst things I've put in my mouth. Anyone there reading this please try it, I can't believe metro sold this to me and I need someone else to understand.
