I recently visited the Metro located on St. Clair St W, and I had a truly great shopping experience. This store really stands out for how clean and well organized it is. From the moment you walk in, you can see that cleanliness is clearly a top priority. The aisles are spotless, shelves are neatly stocked, and everything is arranged in a way that makes shopping easy and stress-free. The whole store is so clean and organized that it feels comfortable and welcoming every time.nnFinding items is incredibly easy because everything is clearly labeled and logically placed. Whether you are shopping for fresh produce, groceries, or household essentials, you can quickly locate what you need without wasting time. This makes the shopping experience very smooth, especially for busy customers.nnThe customer service at this Metro is excellent. The staff members are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to help, answer questions, and guide you to the right products. Their positive attitude really makes a difference and shows that they care about customers.nnAnother great convenience is that you can also buy lottery tickets here, which saves an extra stop. Overall, this Metro near St. Clair St W is one of the best grocery stores in the area, and I highly recommend it for its cleanliness, organization, and outstanding customer service.

Today at approximately 4:30 PM, two individuals believed to be contractors driving a red truck marked “As You Wish” came to our pizza store at a nearby Rogers location. They verbally harassed staff and acted aggressively, attacking employee with a sharp object while he was taking photos of truck license plate.nPolice were called to the scene and a report was filed. Multiple witnesses involved Since the incident, the same individuals have continued to harass business by posting negative and retaliatory reviews on Google.nWe respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to stop this ongoing behavior.

It’s Metro. You walk in for “just one thing” and somehow leave $87 poorer with a rotisserie chicken, sparkling water, and snacks you didn’t plan on buying. The produce looks fancy, the lighting makes vegetables feel luxurious, and somehow every aisle convinces you that you absolutely need something nnOverall though, clean store, decent selection, and usually less chaotic than some of the other grocery stores around.

Rachel is a fantastic cashier. I try and go to her every time. It's rare that I cashier actually asks you if she can help you bag your groceries and she does it every time. Good job Rachel. Keep up the good work.

Please teach berta or bertha some customer service skills. I go in this store almost everyday just for their fish counter, and she never misses an opportunity to make a comment or give me a dirty look. The other staff members are sweet, maybe they can give her some tips
