Have been shopping in the store for 4 years and the customer service there is nonexistent. Store employees are poorly mannered, they never greet customers, aren’t helpful when you’re trying to find certain items, cashiers look hostile and speak in a rude manner, ignore customers. Today a cashier has refused to do his job and help me after I, and other people in the line have been waiting for 10 minutes because the store was closing at 9pm and it was 8:53pm. When I go and wait for the cashier to help me I expect to be helped by them, so I asked him nicely, if he could still help me since I’ve been waiting and only had 2 items. He replied in a disrespectful manner that he’s going home and closing the cash register, and sent me to the self check out, which also had a lineup. I pointed out that it’s not 9pm yet, to which he aggressively yelled “are you my boss?! You’re not my boss!!! Do you want to be my boss?? Go to the self checkout!!”nnThat is not acceptable. Dear No Frills manager, please train your employees on how to properly interact with customers. Furthermore, if the store is open until 9pm and there are customers inside even past the time, you are still obligated to help them, and not just send them to the self checkout.

One of the better No Frills in the area. The Loblaws company is awful as a whole. But, for a chain grocery store it's good. Usually have a good selection, and the cashiers are always friendly.

One of the better varieties in the area. Had a great produce section. Decent wine selection as well. Good for stocking up at an AirBnB.

A huge no frills grocery store! A wide variety of produce that I haven't seen in any other no frills. They have everything in there! So happy I found some Asian snacks as well and canned goods. Fairly priced items too, and cheap when it's on sale.
