Meridian Credit Union - Commercial Business Centre

I've gone to this branch for different reasons. Didn't go in to get advice, only transactions which I was happy with. I went in to increase my limit for an hour to take some funds out from the ATM, I was happy with the girl who helped me. I was at the ATM and another girl who was working there came out of the branch, saw me using the ATM and went into the ATM machine and interrupted my transaction. I had to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing for a long time. They had no client in the branch I was the only person and still they couldn't even keep the only client/member happy. I went back in to see why she interrupted me? She said I thought you were done, she didn't even apologized and had a very horrible attitude. I'm not sure if I would even trust this girl with smallest task since she is not even capable of basic customer service.

Had a really bad experience with Glenn Gmora. Worst of it all was his racial profiling and stereotyping. I can’t believe how these kinds of people works at institution like meridian . Glenn is not only a con artist. But also very incompetent. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Trying to get my wife on a joint account with me has been a painful process. They are extremely forgetful and do not have proper attention to detail. We had to go back to the branch for missed signature on a document that the rep forgot to show us. He said he would call the next day, it’s been about a week and a half. Every time they say they will call back, they forget. Meridian is great, I’ve been with them for over 10 years but stay clear of this branch!

Worst customer service! really unprofessional representatives! I was taken care of by Drena which gave me lots of wrong information and kept telling me to call the customer service when im at the brunch alredy. And after an hour she finally did what I askes after the customer service told her what she needs to do. This made me stay at the brunch for more than an hour for a the stupidest thing. Probably she just wasn't feeling it and rushing home

Terrible customer service - put your money elsewhere. Spoke to a manager over the phone, who hung up on me when I requested a proper explanation for a specific situation she clearly did NOT have the answers to. Do not bank with Meridian if what you want to be treated like a human being. I repeat - Bank elsewhere

Very friendly and professional service. They make you feel like family. Small business advisor Aarik is very knowledgeable and helpful and gave the right helpful guidance. I would highly recommend meridian to anyone. Better than all the banks.

Meridian rate and fees are much better than the big banks and their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I wish I had moved my business and personal accounts there sooner.

Really nice finally having a branch in North York. And in a very convenient location too!
