The store is usually quite clean and well organized. Make sure you visit the Clearance/Scratch and Dent section if you like projects. Unfortunately, like a lot of Sioux Falls, there are many racist people working in this store. They will say "hello" or "can I help you" to everyone that looks like them, then ignore you or stare at you like you are crazy. It shouldn't have to be this way, but just keep going. (If you live in this area and are not caucasion, you know the drill). There is a bright side...There are about twice as many GREAT and knowledgeable people working in this store. Don't be discouraged you will find someone to help you! Tell it like it is reviews.

Menards is a great localesque box store. I prefer to shop here for my building materials. I am glad I know my way around though because most of the people that work there aren't much help.

Always my husband's favorite place to spend his sundays. Paint dept is always the nicest group.

Good inventory and almost always have good deals going on. All of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
