Everything about the process was great! John Markley our salesman was fantastic as always! This is the 4th vehicle that we have purchased with his help! I purchased a used car here in October. I really like the car but....... Some of the important things were missing.Like the tire Jack kit the second key the manual and a key code for the keyless entry. Well I did get the second key and manual. I'm still waiting on the Tire Jack kit and key code. Maybe for Christmas. My friend went to a different dealership after I told here about my experience. She was smart. Guess next time I will go there too. She got a great deal and isn't waiting on anything

No complaints about service or quality of work. The staff were all very professional. Unfortunetly wait times for an oil change were over 2 hours for just basic service.

I am honestly disgusted by billion. Who on earth charges 30$ for patching a tire? Seriously? I really cant beleive a business would just rob someone over a ten minute fix. Serious absolutly rediculous. Ill never ever recommend billion to anyone anywhere. Thieves...

I'm disappointed because I drove 400 miles after buying a part that was defective and they didn't realize it was defective when I purchased it in Missouri before I drove here. Now I have to wait another 3 or 4 weeks to get my driver side mirror replaced. I don't see that they're going to reimburse me for any money issues either so you know what I have to say. They can go where you know they can go.
