Billion Auto - Chevrolet

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership and their staff (especially Randy)! We live in Rapid City and have always dealt with the local Chevy dealership, however they haven't had the stock of available vehicles that Billion Auto has. My husband inquired over the internet about a 2018 Traverse Premiere in the color scheme we have been wanting. He did this last Thursday and yesterday (Tuesday) we had the Traverse in Rapid City! Randy honestly made this vehicle purchase, to include our trade in, the smoothest transaction possible! He even drove our new vehicle to us (across the state) and had everything ready when we met. It was as stress free as it can possibly get for a new vehicle purchase and trade-in, all thanks to Randy and the awesome staff at Billion Auto! My husband and I were and still are beyond impressed and will be Billion Auto customers for life!

Awesome experience two purchases in a row. This week we bought our second vehicle from Billion and we have nothing to say but thank you to the staff there. Never have liked vehicle shopping. But now that we own two vehicles purchased from Billion we can say that we were in good hands. We were given our options with purchasing not only a vehicle we wanted but also shown available options for protecting our purchase such as gap insurance, protection plans/extended warranties without pressure to buy. Just given the information and allowed to make a decision. Quick paperwork to get financing. Essentially sign and drive.

Highly recommend! Great customer service, complimentary drinks and popcorn. Friendly staff, Well knowledged about the vehicles. Financing was fast, flexible, and painless. 360degree warranty is an awesome perk! We just dropped in to look and I went home with the car I was wanting.

Previous Service Event (oil change and tire rotation) performed 3000 miles previously. The vehicle leaked oil profusely on my garage floor. I called Billion and reported the leak and returned the vehicle to Billion's Service Dept. They advised me that the oil filter was not seated properly and they repaired and addressed the fluid loss. I hate to think what might have happened if I had been headed out of town. When I returned for my next service (with a coupon I had received in the mail); not only were they not willing to comp this service for the previous fail (requiring a full repair event). They even attempted to charge me more than the coupon amount. They said GM would not support the coupon amount. What an insult. Like I said, I can't imagine what could have happened if, instead of returning home, I had headed out on the interstate...they seemed totally unconcerned.

The foundation of the process was emphasized on my best interest, and advancing that to a vehicle priced and equipped to my satisfaction.
