Billion Auto - Toyota

I've been working with Jory over the past year almost, giving up my project cars and trying to find a new car to.fit what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. He was very patient during that time and we finally got the right car nailed down. They even rolled a couple extras my way to protect and keep the car looking great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car! Keep up the awesome job!

Wonderful experience! I live on the other side of the state and was able to negotiate and close the deal all via email and phone and all in one day! Billion beat the offer from my local dealer in cost and on trade in value! I worked with Mike W. He deserves an award for the magic that he worked! Antonio & Jeff were FABULOUS!!! They knew I was super stressed about this process!!! They did such an amazing job with us, told them what I was looking for & needed. But fortunately Jeff took what I needed into account, before what I wanted!! I needed SPACE!!! W 3 growing kids, that was my #1 need. & They listened & off to work they went!!!! Kinda scared me when they brought this Toyota Highlander, up front for me to test drive! That's not what I said I wanted, but after looking & test driving it! I love it & realized it's what I needed! Jeff & Antonio both knew exactly what I needed & I needed to look outside the box of what I think I wanted when I walked into talk to them. Since I wouldn't get the space I needed w the vehicle I wanted!!!! I'm so very, very great full for these 2 guys & the way they helped & took care of us & got me what I needed! & Now I'm a Toyota lover!!!! Thank you so much!!!!?

The staff at Billion Service Dept and the Sales staff have always treated us fairly and with excellent customer service. We've done business with them for 20 yrs and now our adult daughter does business with them too. They've always been straight shooters and treat us like transaction, big or small, is valued by them and they appreciate our business.

Absolutely the BEST car buying experience! Jory was phenomenal to work with, was very responsive to all my questions and made the car buying process so easy and stress-free! I cannot say enough how awesome of an experience it was from beginning to end!
