Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. Stuart understood the issue with my car. He took his time explaining the issue and how much it would cost. No hidden fees or up charges. The work was excellent. I now take all our cars to Meineke.

The staff seems very polite, friendly and genuine. They also seem eager to help. That is where it ends. I came into have my brakes looked at because they where making a noise. A mechanic took my.car for a test drive. When he returned he pulled into a bay. After about 15 minutes he came out to discuss what he found. He began with a big speech about what he felt the car needed, not once talking about the brake noise. So concerned about the up sell they ignored why I came there in the first place. I asked twice about the brake noise and after the second time the mechanic just said clean your brakes that should do something for you. They are so focused on getting the larger pay day they make the customer feel stupid for coming in for what they feel isn't worth their time. The customer area was certainly clean and nice. Most have been paid for by unsuspecting customers that they took advantage of.
