About a year ago we're Under New Management and I went in to have my oil changed and tires rotated like I'd always done at that place before. I had a coupon with me but the new owner or manager or whoever he was , had a fit and said they wouldn't do it for that price. I don't care what the coupon says , he said. So I called corporate Monroe headquarters and they sent me a letter apologizing along with a coupon that required him to honor. I never used the coupon because of his attitude and the fact that he appeared to be trying to blame the whole thing on me. So they basically lost a regular customer and I stayed away for a long time. However I'm giving it a try shortly and I'll  report back here and let everyone know how it went
EDIT-----> Went back November, 2017. Crabby Mgr gone. New guy much better. They'll still try to sell u stuff u didn't come there for, but you know the drill: just tell em"no thx, just the oil change please."em Good job Monro. Up my review from 1 to 4 stars.

Manager saw an 80 something year old man struggling to walk in. The old man ask how much for brakes on his early 2000s Volvo station wagon. The manager told him $800. The man said no thank you and left. The manager followed after him outside like a puppy and then was trying to convince him to come back inside and he could work out a discount for him. $800 just for brakes is completely insane. That's not even talking rotors or anything else. It was $800 for brakes without the manager even looking at the car. I saw the manager's eyes light up as soon as the old man pulled into the parking lot and got out of his car. He was trying to take advantage of an old man. This place is okay for oil changes because the price is cheap but don't ever go here for service. The manager I'm speaking of has tattoos on his neck and arms/hands. He tried quoting me $700 for one wheel bearing. I went to an independent mechanic with his own shop and he only charged me $100 to do it and I bought the part at AutoZone for $129. Not to mention they get their parts from Napa and then charge a premium for the parts. They add onto the prices. Very dishonest place.

The last 2 appointments were not good.  The first appt was late due to the tech showing up 30 mins late.  The second appt was cancelled and rescheduled due the tech not showing up.  Upon returning, they would not honor the coupon I forwarded my son.  They also refused to rotate the tires because 2 tires were worse than the other, which i planned to replace in a few weeks.  I have 3 cars, 2 of  which require either synthetic or high mileage oil.  I will not be returning again.

I have been coming here for years for my families oil changes & service.  There great & I highly recommend them!!

Towed my car in on Sunday morning and was told it would be repaired by the next day in the morning. Got there next day in the morning to be told to come back in the afternoon. 
Liars, liars and terrible terrible customer service. 
First and last time, taking my business somewhere else.
