Goodyear Auto Service Center

My tire pressure was low so I asked this good year location to take a look. They told me the tire had a nail and couldn't be patched and I would have to buy a new tire. I didn't have time to do it that night so I brought the car to another good year location closer to me. They were able to patch my tire and never suggested that I needed a new tire.

Ahmed, and Nick were great guys. Very welcoming. You would be so lucky to find this place if you had a flat like me. I didn't do any major work, a flat fix, but they were busy. Which is always a sign of a good shop.

I had breaks rotors done at another good year location heard rubbing brought it in after 2 hours of waiting they tell me to take my car back to the Norwich Goodyear store where I had the work done to warranty the breaks. I then called the store in Norwich and the manager asks me why didn't that store do the work since also a Goodyear Auto Service location. Breaks still making noise they replaced all breaks rotors and two wheel barrings in a 2 to 3 month period between two locations. On a Buick Lacrosse fairly newer model. Just a horrible experience lots of time and money

After leaving the vehicle with them for 24 hrs and spending $750 Inreceved the vehecle back with the same proble out of their garage. Total wast of loney and time.

Always excellent service. They have been servicing my vehicles for years, and I've never had an issue there. Staff is always extremely friendly, and helpful. Tony especially goes above and beyond to ensure all customers are satisfied!
