I brought my car in to replace the socks on the vehicle. The staff there were very knowledgeable and understanding of the issue at hand. The individual who assisted me was detailed and walked me through all the charges and what would be done. Would recommend to anyone.

Tom was great. I had new snows put on along with an oil change today. They had me in and out before no time. Gave me a few tips about what to do to improve performance and I was on my way. This is how i like things done. Will be back next time i need work done.

Brought my car to them. They made my car worse then it was. They claimed things were wrong which was BS. I asked two other reputable shops if what they said was true and both said no. I am so glad I didn't bring my car back to them and having work done on it with honest garages. Sorry your not going to make your bonus money off of me. I wouldn't recommend them for anything.

I will never go here again... they replaced a tire pressure sensor that broke. The light came on the very next day. I went back and they said sorry you must have hit a large bump ,they break easily, we are not responsible, you must get it replaced again. He mentions how they have tire insurance for like $10 a month for problems like this. I get it. I make an appointment for later in the week to replace the sensor again. The lady informs me the tire insurance does not cover the sensors in the tire, only the tire itself. I have to now pay all our of pocket....I had arrived at 5pm, by 6 pm they say we don't have this part, going to cost an extra $30-40 to order it now from a nearby store and get this done today. I do it, they put it on, I leave the place by 7:45 pm. The lady there says your all set, everything is recorded on file. A week later the light goes on again, and I call them upset and make another appointment.When I get in they say the sensor is broken, I will need to buy a new one. I told them I just did this, this is ridiculous. They agreed, 3 sensors in 2 weeks?! After searching my account on the computer for ten minutes, they says they have no record of me ever going in and buying a new tire pressure sensor or from anyone there working on my car the week before, they said I must be mistaken....... Sure, perhaps my mistake for not getting it in writing. But I have been going there for 2 years with no issues so I had some trust in them.... I'm 25 and local Vernon resident, they lost my business forever. regards BK

Employees are incapable of simple tasks like actually locking in the appointment you called them to make and were told were available, leaving you to show up and be told you don't have an appointment. This is the second winter in a row you have done this. Figure out how to use a computer or hire better employees.
