MedExpress Urgent Care

went here for severe sore throat, ear aches, headache, neck pain & body ache. did a strep test told me was negative that i had sinus infection... was rushed to ER not even 24 hours later not being able to move my neck from the pain & was told i was misdiagnosed & have severe strep throat... so disgusted...

Just left this place and what a mess. They were unable to verify insurance ( was told I had to do it myself) and a very unprofessional worker yells out "I thought she had an access card". No, very unprofessional loud person, I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS. Don't go here people.

waited over an hour for treatment for 2nd degree burns an they couldn't wait 10 seconds for me to walk from the bathroom to the other side of the waiting room before they called someone else in for treatment. such a waste of time and the staff is rude.

I've used this facility several times. From sports physicals for my son , to gout in my thumb. Never once had a problem. I can't say a negative thing about the staff ,or facility in general. In fact I'll be at the doors tomorrow morning for another physical for my son's learners permit.

I've taken my children here several times when they were sick and it was after hours for their pediatrician's office. The staff is very nice and my children have always been well taken care of when I have to bring them in. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
