I go to Kindred as a liaison and interact in the field w/their liaison John McMullen.
John is easy to work with and knowledgeable. If a pt does not meet LTACH requirements he will often recommend one of our Genesis facilites to care for the pt.
The social workers, Lee and Jeff are also great to interact with, they respond in a timely manner when f/u is needed.  If one of our pts go to Kindred, they do return to our center once ready.

It is a very good facility and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff is as good as any place I have been.

Billing comes to the room and actually asked for money for a deposit. I can't believe how rude there policy is to ask for money from sick people.
