Berwick Hospital Center

Past visits to this ER were much better. Tonight over heard someone say only 2 other patients so they weren't busy. Twice we had miscommunication between Dr and nurse. Then when I asked about an IV that had been disconnected over an hour ago, no response. Must not be that important to keep the line open. 3 stars only because the last time we were here it was great. If this was my first experience I wouldn't come back.

My Daughter's experience at Berwick Hospital this evening was a great disappointment. We have been utilizing Berwick for the past few years and have been very satisfied with their professionalism and caring attitudes. This evening the staff in the er was anything but professional or caring. They were belittling and disrespectful. I guess it's a good thing we are centrally located and can choose other ERs for emergencies.

We had our baby here :-). The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and constantly would check on us to see if we needed anything. Dr. Tomczyk is an amazing doctor and his patience is a virtue. We couldn't be any happier with our overall experience. A+++++
