Just had one of the worst experiences at a port Elgin McDonald’s had to wait almost 15 minutes for an order that was already pre-ordered while they served everyone else that was ordering behind me their coffee and donuts while my food was just sitting there when I finally got my order handed to me by the unfriendliest Asian woman who said “ there..there’s your order have a good one” It was incredibly rude. Her tone was incredibly off putting if I could’ve given zero stars, I would have it was probably one of the rudest people I’ve spoken to in quite sometime, if you don’t like your job or you don’t like serving people then quit don’t take it out on the customers. She definitely needs a non counter position..

Charge extra for the silliest things. Food is never fresh. Don't think they clean their oil as they should as I've had burgers and chicken taste like fish or something questionable. Couple of staff is rude.

The staff kicked my dog, flipped me off, and there was a ghost stealing my fries when I was not looking, all while loud crying children were weeping about not having enough rizz points to buy a digital Grimace cup off the facebook metaverse location >:

Three stars across the board. Food is... McDonald's. Atmosphere is... McDonald's. Service is a bit slow but is par for the course in smaller town McDonalds'. Every staff member I've dealt with has been really nice.

so sorry to say it, I have never wrote a bad review and I hope this review doesn't get the wrong message, but we ordered 2 Chai latte and we just got 1 and it tasted to something else but Chai latte, it was too bad that it went to the waste...
