I had a wonderful experience at McDonald’s! The McVeggie Burger was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The patty was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the veggies were fresh and nicely balanced with the sauces.nA special thank you to Heena Barvaliya for preparing it so well. You can truly taste the care and attention in every bite. The burger was served hot and neatly assembled, which made the experience even better.nGreat food and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back again!

It is such as shame for this McDonald's management. As I drive up and found only poor immigrant worker alone. She was so good however, but alone handling all the order by her self. I admire her hard working towards the job. But this McDonald's management should have already another worker with her.nnAgain' she was great as her work but here management failed in doing balanced work.n5 star for service but one star for management

I ordered 3 coffees One of them were decaf and all extra larges made with milk along with pre-doubles when I got my order and got home then to realize they gave me two larges and one extra marge and the extra large had cream in. It went back to get it changed out no problem, but that was until it was 15 to 20 minutes later as I watched other customers walk in order food and get their food and leave while I still remain standing at the front counter, waiting for my coffee for then an associate to come up and ask if I am waiting for anything When I started to let the lady know what I was waiting for. Skinny medium height guy rudely comes over and says he has it and that he’s dealing with it. I am extremely disappointed in needing to wait the 15 to 20 minutes when I got back to McDonald’s so I could get the right order and the order number was 715 on Thursday January 29th 2026

Got there at October 4th, 3AM and no one was there to serve drive thru even though sign says drive thru 24/7. I ended up getting out of drive thru going to the front door and there was one male worker who said they would open at 5? He didn’t open the door to chat, just put 5 fingers up through the glass. Didn’t even say go through drive thru. Dissapointed. Never had complaints about the food and coffee here but morning service is slower compared to the competitors like Tim Hortons in town, which can be frustrating. Cashier is usually making coffee whereas in Tim Hortons, cashier just looks after customers and someone else makes coffee to make service go faster.

drove 12 hrs to get to port elgin. sort of relying on fast food to come in clutch after the drive. Mcdonald’s Port Elgin advertises itself as 24 hrs. it’s not. even when ordering 15 mins prior to closing on the app…. arrived at 11:55 and they said they were closed. argued with me nonstop. disappointing and likely to stop trusting mcdonalds. like this was the breaking point ?
