Rosina offers inviting hospitality and a touch of local flare. Our pizzas, pastas and desserts are made fresh in house daily. Our soup and salad, feature appetizer, fish special and our delicious desserts are changed daily so you get a new experience every visit. Our menu changes with the different seasons allowing us to porvide fresh local ingredients right to your table. Dine in for dinner and enjoy a drink or a specialty coffee before hitting Port Elgin's nightlife. Enjoy a simple weeknight meal, dine to enjoy house made pasta dishes or join us for a special occasion, or simply antipasti or a stone baked thin crust pizza and drinks at the bar. The serving staff was friendly, but a couple interactions seemed a bit rough around the edges, not a major complaint though.

Nice looking place with a relaxed atmosphere, bar looked to be stocked with anything anyone might want.

The food didn't arrive moments after ordering, but that was a good thing! Left a nice amount of time to chat and enjoy some wine as well as the bread with oil and vinegar provided. 

Food was amazing, so clearly fresh and very well prepared. The pasta noodles are handmade on-site, I'd love to have a chance to try them all.

Great place for a date or to bring a medium sized group for some excellent Italian!

We have eaten here so many times and every occasion was great. Randy is a great chef and every server. Can't understand the less than stellar reviews. For amazing, try the octopus, in all my years of eating out I have never enjoyed this dish but Randy makes it spectacularly well. It is so tender and tasty.

Top dining experience in Saugeen Shores! Chef Felker has a unique and delicious menu which changes seasonally. Always exciting to see what he's come up with next. One thing you shouldn't miss is the OCTOPUS, yes, that's what I said! I gave up on the rubbery bugger years ago, but was gobsmacked by Rosina octopus - so NOT rubbery, delicate in flavour and texture and done to perfection! Make sure you try it, and make a night of Rosina.
