Tim Hortons

I thought I’d give T.H another try after not going for over a year. After a 15min wait in drive through. I asked for a well toasted Bagel and cream cheese. Some cream cheese came on it. The bagel was not crispy or hot at all.

Now I remember why I don’t like Tim’s. We only went because we were given gift cards. Everything about our order was wrong. It was correct on the screen. Asked for butter and extra toasted on all bagels. Got none. Hash browns were put on the bottom of the bag with 4 sandwiches. They were stuck to the paper and mushed. Didn’t get 20 tim bits in a 20 pack. Asked for NO plain and NO powdered and got both. Girl at the window handed us someone else order.

Clean, convenient location that seemed to be busy, particularly in the “drive-thru” area.nnThey had Vanilla-Toasted Coconut doughnuts which was refreshing to see, as most stores only carry the Chocolate variety. The change was nice.nnOrdered two teas and 2 Vanilla toasted coconut doughnuts and used their washroom facilities which were as clean as could be expected for a “fast food” chain.nnEverything was as or better than expected. No complaints today from this Tim Hortons location.

The staff right now are fantastic. Their customer service is truly above and beyond. Shout out to the ladies at the drive-through!

Staff are absolutely amazing. This is the only location I will go to in Port. They take the time to know their customers. Thanks for being amazing
