Tim Hortons

Ordered two soup,sandwich,drink meals. Expected bill to be about $16.00 give or take. Really did not appreciate the condescending attitude received when we questioned the $22+ bill. Nor the second attempt that was only just below $20. In this environment, a soup substitution costs $1.50 each and the small coffees were bumped to medium with the corresponding charges applied. Leeds on learned ... Timmies only for cookies and coffee. Anything else ... From somewhere else.

Everytime I order a French Vanilla from this location, it is always missing 1/4 of the drink. I forget to check or feel rushed to do so in the drive thru with other cars behind me. I get out on the hwy and go to drink it and this is when I find my disappointment. When ever I go into the restaurant to order, I am usually served eventually by someone who just happens to be passing by while 5 or 6 employees are rushing the drive thru. One employee had actually yelled over to the drive thru crowd asking for help and the repose was no. Growing up in Oakville and having the head office location and training centre right there I had the opportunity to see and witness how a true Tim Horton's is suppose to be run and what a difference, the lack in quality of product and especially customer service! I seriously hope there is some future effort to improve on both of these. If not, hopefully Starbucks can come to town and demonstrate and set the standard!
