Spacious indoor and patio dining, well lit and fresh ambiance outdoor.. Servers are friendly and accommodating, but service was a bit slow this day… it took long for the food to arrive.. Good drinks, my pineapple margarita was a delight… Generous food options, good menu and tasteful food… Loved my meal…

they used to have pork ribs all the time on Fridays before the covid but i guess things change. they had them this week and we had to come in. and of course they were as good as ever. some sort of spicy mixture is on them that makes them very tasty and then they put this smokey sauce on thick. very meaty. place was a bit too busy but it's summer so normal for that. server was at our table all the time and that was nice. we come here often and will continue. especially for these great ribs and service!

everyone knows this place is famous for the schnitzel. we have it very time and it's always good. the sauce is really special. lots of mushrooms and bacon. i wish we could buy it to take home. i saw they had the sauce on perogies the other day so we will come back to try it that way soon. broccoli and carrots were fresh as well. we try to avoid it here on wing night because it is too busy but as locals we are happy a place like this is busy. never disappoints and we love chatting with the staff also.

Couldn't find place that had fish and chips Sunday so we tried this place.  Never been.  2 generous pieces.  Clearly hand battered since they didn't look anything the same.  Fries were fresh and nicely salted. Even got to switch to sweet potato fries.  Homemade coleslaw and tartar. So was a nice surprise there was somewhere open than had really good fish and chips.  It's located right in the middle of town so you can't miss it.  Nice patio although the view was Tim Horton's.   We will remember this as our go to next time we drive up for the day. Place was a bit busy for us but worth it.

The owner wote in his response that i was looking for a free meal. In my email and review i put very clearly that i was astonished by his gesture which was Nothing!!! Tp rectify the first incident. I have ower 226,000 review views and i point out a legit incident and the owner even clarifies that they wwre sorry and to come in and he will make sure things are better, to actaully reach out to him beforehand and he will see to me himself. Then tries to defame me in the response to my review ..I'm appalled ..I'm sorry but I was hoping for a much better outcome..this attitude and the way he treated me directly is repulsive and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody unless you are looking for a beer. I would have been ok with any gesture as i explained to his waitress whxih even said herself she was ahocked and was thinking it was her last year there anyways . How ignorant and rude i will be calling to durther press this issue now that he is trying to defame me . I paid for my meal in full ..therefore i was capable of paying fpr my meal..how disgusting can someone be because they are too cheap to make things right .. what a dive top...its very dim lighted hasnt been updated in at least 20 years..i will be taking this to the mext level now ..thank you for your ignorant reply ...I had spoken to the owner prior to going in .he told me via email contact him when I'm in town and he would love to make it right. I called when my 8 year old son and I were in town.. he came and greeted us and I listened to him explain the procedure and he apologized and he said we will make it for you tonight. I assumed that he would comp the bill or even a desert or a gesture would have been suffice. The waitress explained how long she had been working there and this probably coming to an end for her . He didn't even offer anything and I even further embarrassed myself by having the waitress go and ask him. She came back and said no he said there was no compensation. As a business owner I would shocked and embarrassed that his wording was deceitful and tricking. I quietly paid my bill and tipped the waitress decent. And quietly exited out of there with my 8 year old .oh and we had to take the walk of shame past him and his bar staff ..how embarrassing is that ..completely astonished. I had told him I changed my initial review because I thought it was being rectified. No rectification was made ..over a steak . I can't even believe this happened to me .. not a great second experience
