Rashmi is the sweetest ever. She always remembers me and says hello. Thus far all food and drink orders have been accurate and fresh. No complaints no notes.
I have visited this store twice, and i must say i have had a very pleasant and a good experience. the staff are polite and efficient. and special shoutout to druvi , she greets with a lovely smile and understood and delivered my order perfectly to my liking and the quality of my food and drink was really good, i surely would recommend this store.
I've been going to this location for years and if recently bought a white hit chocolate and a coffee .inside the hot chocolate I found 10 ants and 1 crawling on my lid .thers no way I got all the ants .the machine or powder is infested .has to benWhen I called and complained the lady didn't sound surprised ,she asked if I wanted a replacement. I said no this is disgusting, im calling the health board .if I didn't open up my cup I wouldn't have seen the antsn.be careful as they dobt seem to care about hygiene there
Mobile orders here get acknowledged only after you go inside and make them aware of the order.nThe quality of baked goods is worse than Circle K. The staff does not take pride in this area of work.nThe staff also clearly doesn't listen to the drive thru window, they have misheard and messed up my order numerous times.nnThese are a culmination of visiting almost daily on my way to work for a two week period.
The rudest staff ever. they don’t say a single word to you. not even the total. just hand the machine and walk away. Orders are often messed up and they get extremely mad and rude when you correct it. very disappointing and really ruins the experience. owners seem to not do anything about complaints
