McDonald's

Wow, I can't believe what I got. So this is a poutine that I got from this McDonald's location and after I nicely asked them like this is not poutine because there is no gravy and there is no cheese in it at all, I showed it to them and what they told me is yeah this is it if you want more gravy we have to charge you for that. I'm like just look at it there is no gravy at all, literally no gravy. If it was possible I would have given one star to this. Won’t recommend at all

Nice place. Caring employees. They got a hardworking maintenance staff whole time to take care of the store.

Almost always very dirty. See photo - I don't understand why they duct taped the garbage cans attached to the drinks counter. That would prevent any garbage from piling up. I come here regularly and this area is beyond filthy all the time. The duct tape looks horrible. Even if you open one of the garbage cans that would help with the build up already. Wi-Fi isn't good around this building and if you park across the building you cannot reach the wifi too well.nTody the manager didn't seem too keen and was telling her employees she felt annoyed, so I was waiting for my order and it didn't come with napkins nor ketchup, salt and pepper. I waited around to ask. The manager was still pleasant when interacting with customers though. But I wasn't able to get the items and then left. I returned later and had to wait a while to get a full stack of napkins from a different employee. Business was slow during this time -- 2 customers at a time. I hope they can be a bit faster and really monitor the counters and the floors for grime and dirt to increase the cleanliness standard. It needs to be more consistently clean. It's definitely below average McDonald's for me, and uncomfortable so I never really sit in to eat. Manager / management wasn't too informed unfortunately and wasn't aware of the promotions WcDonald's and said they didn't support it, but they did carry the proper dip when I asked later so they didn't give me the proper information. I was excited to go to McDonald's for this promotion but not anymore. :

Best Mcdonald in the town. The manager and the staff is so good. Specially the manager in the late night shift. She might be Philippine.nFood quality is also good and when you ask something particularly. They always provide order as per instructions.

This is by far the worst place I've ever ordered from. The kids and staff that work here have no care in the world to get their orders accurate. 3 times I ordered here and each time I was missing several items and today ordered 5 meals on uber eats and received someone else's 1 small meal. My code was on the bag but a different code was on the person's 2 burgers. How hard is it to match numbers. This is absurd. When you try to call the store, forget it. It will ring forever and of course their message system is full cause of all the complaints. Now on the other hand from online ordering problems, I've ordered in store and again on multiple occasions I had to go back in due to missing items. I went here because it's close to my house but now I'm absolutely fed up and will be going in to have a big talk with the management. As you can see in my photo complete different order and look how large mine was on my order receipt. Clearly you don't need much education to work here
