I came here to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was amazing. We ordered 'Combo Dinner 6,' which included Green Mango Salad, Grilled Pork Belly, Tomato Garlic Beef Stew, and we also ordered fried Calamari. The Calamari was crispy and cooked just right, and the Pork Belly and Mango Salad were good too. The real star of the show was the beef stew; the beef melted in your mouth and the flavours were wonderfully balanced. The featured cocktail served in a coconut was generously poured, and tasted great. Lastly (but certainly not least), the service staff was fantastic and perfectly attentive. I can't wait to come again!

Decent Filipino comfort food but nothing special. Restaurant had tropical Philippine decor. My stomache felt gross after tho --- I had 1 plate of food, 2 small taste size desserts. Very heavy food. Lunch buffet meets cravings @ $15.99 + tax + tip!

Honestly, this food is way overpriced for the mediocrity of quality and flavor. I try to go once a year or once every two years just to see if there are any slight improvements to the food or the service. I can gladly say, there's absolutely none. You'll spend most of your time being frustrated and annoyed just on waiting for the server to acknowledge you and take your order or give you the cheque, instead of enjoying your food and having a pleasant experience. Considering their prices and the complaints, you'd think they'd hire enough servers to provide prompt yet reasonable service - but unfortunately the owner Mila is still not learning. It's obvious she makes no efforts to do more hiring or to train her servers to be attentive enough to improve for faster service, despite all the embarrassing reviews on Yelp and Google. I will not be returning. Save yourself your hunger and the headache. There are way better Filipino restaurants with top notch service throughout the city. Just do your research and don't hold your breath for Casa Manila's service to ever improve.

Kayayan - a unique dining experience. Reserve ahead of time and order 24 hours before your arrival. Food comes on a long platter covered in banana leaves. Eat with your hands or with the wooden (instead of plastic) utensils. Flavours are different, a bit over-powered by the raw red onions but interesting. Service is attentive, and all dishes are explained to diners. Very unique decor. No need to fight for parking out front as their is plenty of parking around the back and in the under-ground parking.

Had one of the set meals ($40). Know that you're basically paying to eat (at best) food court food on a banana leaf. Was a fun experience. Service was friendly, but slow. Food was a pile of rice with a few scraps of mediocre meat and seafood. Dishes that were not part of the set menu looked great though. Table was also charged 20% grat automatically.
