McDonald's

This McDonald’s is incredibly slow. It is right by my house so I go a few times a month. I started timing how long it takes. It has never been less than 10 minutes regardless of my order or the time of day. 10 minutes! An eternity for fast food. They also regularly get the order wrong. The staff is generally friendly, but not effective.

The Artisan grilled chicken sandwich is really good and everyone should come and try the sandwich it's also a family place where they have a play place for the children but do bring socks for your children this is my community McDonald's and I have to say they are doing a great job

Only experience here is through their drive-thru service after 11pm, which is by far the slowest serving of any fast food restaurant I have visited. Only reason I come here is for convenience sake. 30 plus minute wait just to pay! Fail managers that can't staff their hours right. Update: Walk-In Experience: Definitely avoid at all costs, if you can go elsewhere do so. Turned me away at 10:41AM after I had already placed a mobile order. Walked 30 minutes to get there and kitchen was up. Pretty sure this is how NOT to run a business. Terrible management. Wont ever be coming to this golden arch.

Late at night, the food isn't fresh. If you special order something, they are still taking the bun and burger directly from the trash can. I could only stomach one of my Mc Doubles and the fries. I had experienced the same thing over the years 6 months ago and never returned. Since I needed a quick bite and it was literally the only late night food available in my area, I decided to give it a second chance. Big mistake. First, they got the order wrong, which I corrected before pulling away from the window. Second, the food literally was disgusting. One of the burgers actually looked chewed on. This McDonald's does not get a third strike, they are out after 2 for terrible product quality and an obvious lack of pride in their chosen employment position.

Some staff are good but others don't care about service. It is winter and we had to wait for a order of nuggets for 20 mins and then my gf had to go inside to get it and same with two others waiting after us and the play room is cold year round. Omg. My chest hurt so bad from the cold. It was colder in there then is was outside and out side is -9.
