Can’t get anyone by phone and I’m disabled and homebound! Doesn’t help much to report anything if you can’t talk to anyone. Left on hold for more than 45 minutes then they were close.

They help but there are MANY with disrespectful attitudes like they're helping you out of their pocket, even if you've been working your whole life, paying taxes, and just fell on hard times for a second. Most of the workers' attitudes STINK.
