They mess up about half my orders. I don't worry about speaking to the management anymore. The last experience was the food runner asked me to use Drive Through instead of curbside, because it was too cold to come outside. That's a management decision, not something I should have to be involved in.Food: 3/5
The drive thru line at this McDonald’s moves quickly. The prices here seem higher than other McDonald’s in the area. Upping the price of the soda/tea from a dollar was it for me. I will be coming here a lot less. You are a fool if you don’t use the app to order. Prices are cheaper in it.
Cold slow food with staff that forgets your order consistently. Late stage capitalism kinda place, tons of turn over and people who clearly came out of the bathroom crying. If that sounds fun you’re probably an American. I’m literally writing this in the 15 mins I’ve had to wait and reorder my food. If you aren’t going to pay people to do a good job don’t run a business.
Nasty nasty Big Mac cold look like the cook just threw it on the bun. They didn’t give me my 4 pc nugget. Ordered 2 spicy chicken that was cold. Horrible food tonight and I usually like McDonald’s. Called the store several times to complain but they won’t even answer the phone. I’m very disappointed this was my dinner. Got all the way home just to have messed up food and order.
Sad to see this location go downhill post COVID. You can only order at the kiosk and we never get all of our food. Had to go back up to the counter 2x after we got our food. Disappointing at best.
Had a child about 2-3years old in a high chair behind the counter staring at me through the drive through tonight. Thats so inappropriate and UNSAFE. What if theres a grease/coffee spill? Babies don’t belong in fast food kitchens. Also night staff always seem in a rush and food is almost never hot/fresh at night. Customer service of night staff is lacking. Day staff are great though!
Quarter pounder was partially cooked...pink all the way through. Voice mail was too full to leave feedback.

Employee grant querishi continuously gets orders wrong, and is extremely rude. Definitely not coming back here.
McDonald's is my favorite to lunch cheap and good I ordered many times the crispy chicken sandwich de luxe 4C 5.5 dollars and the best you can eat for that money.Food: 5/5
