Food is as expected at a Chick-fil-A. Service was amazing. I gave atmosphere a 4 star rating because there is no good spot to wait for takeout food. If you walk in to order a meal to go you end up awkwardly waiting around the counter for your food. Not actually a major inconvinience but something that should not be overlooked post pandemic. Parking: Plenty of parking but the parking lot is slightly confusing. With one way and do not enter signs it is dificult to navigate.
really disappointed in the customer service from Harrison. Chick-fil-A is known for their great customer service so was shocked to see how uptight and intimidating he was. The employees working with him seemed like they were walking on egg shells around the guy. Wasn’t very busy either so it seemed unwarranted. Good food as always
I am a Chick-fil-A addict, even though I despise their corporate values. I order here 1-2 times per week using the mobile app. It's amazing. Never had a messed up order. Staff is always pleasant minus the blessed day BS. Really good quality fast food. My favorite is the spicy sandwich. The mobile app gives great rewards and usually get a free sandwich each week cause I'm such a CFA piggy. The marinade for the grilled chicken is suburb as well. Great location and fantastic franchise! Keep up the good work!
This was my first time at a Chick-fil-A and I was greeted by Chandler at the drive through. Thank you for the prayers and amazing service. This location is terrible. The express lane isn’t served any faster than the drive through lane and I’ve had to wait over 10 mins in both lanes. The employees don’t use the same chick fil a manners as other locations. I asked for a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and was given a bacon egg and cheese. I went inside for a return and all the manager could say was “you can keep it.” At this point, this could have stayed a Perkins.
Today was my first time eating at a chick-fil-a. The food was great!! but Honestly I'm making the review of staff! Lauren was the name on my Drive thru ticket! and wow she was the sweetest and nicest person! I was kinda taken back with how sweet sounding her voice was! very polite, she gave me time to answer with no feeling of being rushed!! amazing customer service!! Thanks for the great experience and great food! I will for sure be returning!
I wasted my entire lunch break in line, attempted to leave but was stuck as there is no way out of their drive thru and never even got food. I’m on my period and crying at work since I missed lunch due to the lack of line moving. Do not recommend, there are way better places and even chick-til-As out there, DO NOT GO TO SHOREVIEW! My day was going very well before this and now my work day is completely ruined.
This location has the friendliest helpful employees and managements. Excellent customer services every time I come here. I also noticed how clean their restaurant is.
My first experience here they got my order wrong and I chalked it up to new location opening and working out their kinks. I gave it another try and I am even more disappointed in my most recent drive thru experience. First they got my husbands order wrong which we luckily caught before pulling away. When I got home and went to eat my grilled sandwich I bit into a large chunk of plastic which looks like it was grilled into my sandwich. I’m so sad as this new location is way closer to my house but both times I have been there I’ve had issues.
Great new Chick-fil-A. Friendly staff and great facility and location. I think we were there in the first day or two by the way all the training was going on. About time we got one in Shoreview. Quick off ramp from the freeway and easy in/out. Hurry up and update the sign guys Chick-fil-A banner over the Perkins sign.
